Casey Clarke is a minor character seen briefly in the Hello Neighbor TV Show. On the Newspaper Clippings in the Room with the Blackboard, it shows the text "The rise and fall of Casey Clarke" with photos of her as a celebrity and a picture of her being taken to prison.
It seems like Casey was a huge Celebrity before she committed an act against the law and thus sending her to a penitentiary. At the moment it is unknown what crime she committed and it also seems like she’s been forgotten by the world.
