The Keycard is an important object in Hello Neighbor and Secret Neighbor.
Description
Hello Neighbor
It looks like a white rectangular card with blue lines. An image of a key printed on the card.
In Act 3, a keycard terminal is mounted by the door leading into Theodore Peterson's basement. If you do not unlock the keycard terminal, the door cannot be opened. To unlock it, you need to find the keycard.
The keycard is frozen in a block of ice in the refrigerator. You can turn off the refrigerator by deactivating the generator in the cage. You can also defrost the block of ice with hot water. For this, you will need to take a bucket, kettle or watering can, fill it up with water and put it on top of the stove in Theodore's kitchen.
Once you have the keycard in your hand, press LMB on the keycard terminal, then the green light will light up. This means that the keycard terminal is unlocked.
Secret Neighbor
In Secret Neighbor, the appearance of the keycard was altered. There are four types of keycards in the game - No. 1, No. 2, No. 3 and No. 4. Each card is used for its own keycard terminal. It all depends on what number keycard you find and what number is shown on the keycard terminal. In v1.0.4, a "?" keycard was implemented.

Alpha 1.5 - Alpha 2
The keycard is located upstairs in the children room, which can be entered through a hole in the roof or through the room containing the crow.
Alpha 3
The keycard is located on the second floor, in a cabinet, which is located in the empty room filled with furniture.
Alpha 4 - Full Game (Act 3)
The keycard is located in Theodore's refrigerator, frozen in a block of ice.
Secret Neighbor
Keycards appear in large quantities scattered throughout the house.
Trivia
- In Alpha 1.5, the keycard's icon in the inventory was the silver key icon.
- The keycard is one of the few objects that has not changed art style (not counting its altered form, in Secret Neighbor).
