His house is made of doors. Not really, but it feels that way.
Nicky Roth

910 Friendly Court is the address of the home formerly owned by Theodore Peterson. Theodore lived in this home with his wife and two children. Also referred to as Mr. Peterson's house, the Peterson house or the Neighbor's house, 910 Friendly Court once stood across the road from the Roth house in the town of Raven Brooks.

Storyline

Past

It is unknown exactly when 910 Friendly Court was constructed, but it was occupied by meteorologists Roger and Adelle Peterson, and served as the childhood home of their son, Theodore Peterson.

Family Years

In 1991, Theodore and his family moved to the United States from Germany and settled into 910 Friendly Court. The house featured a basement, which Theodore expanded and used for work.

Theodore's two children, Aaron and Mya, often played hide and seek around the house.

A Broken Home

Following Mya's death, Theodore and Aaron remained as the only occupants of 910 Friendly Court. After falling into distress, Theodore opted to keeping Aaron locked in the basement. With Aaron and Mya both missing, Nicky Roth became suspicious of Theodore's isolationism.

Crime Scene

HN2 Aaron Escape

Aaron's attempted escape witnessed by Quentin

In 1996, Quentin, a journalist for the Raven Brooks Banner, witnessed Theodore forcefully keep Aaron inside of the house after an attempted escape. 910 Friendly Court subsequently became a crime scene and was investigated by the Raven Brooks Police Department in connection to the disappearances of Aaron and Mya. Theodore and Aaron hastily left the home and moved into an abandoned museum. Quentin personally investigated the house, evading the officer on patrol and successfully gaining access to the basement. While leaving the basement through the bulkhead door which lead into the backyard, Quentin encountered a paper plane sent from Aaron as a call for help.

Fate

Neighbor House Wrecked

The remnants of the house in 2015

At some point before 2015, 910 Friendly Court was burned down by an unknown source. The charred remains of the house were briefly explored by Nicky Roth after moving back into his old house across the road.

Physical Appearance

Hie&SeekHouse23

910 Friendly Court consisted of two floors for most of its existence. The downstairs was comprised of a long hall, living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. The upstairs was generally used as storage space, though Aaron and Mya's shared bedroom was situated here.

The house was well furnished.

A door in the living room led to the basement, of which appeared outwardly as a small utility space. At some point, the basement itself was expanded greatly by Theodore. The basement could also be accessed through a wooden bulkhead door in the backyard.

The mostly wooden exterior of the house was painted blue and white.

Backyard

The backyard was moderate in size and was generally kept neat; the grass always remained shortly cut.

A shed was at one point present in the backyard.

Surrounding Area

Little information is known about the immediate surroundings of 910 Friendly Court. It had faced the Roth house since 1994, and was located not far from the Raven Brooks Banner.

The Mansion (Secret Neighbor)

Shortly after Nicky goes missing while trying to find Aaron, the Rescue Squad is formed to find him, and maybe Aaron as well. The squad successfully break into 910 Friendly Court, even managing to gain access to the basement, where Nicky is believed to be. However, the Rescue Squad is eventually captured, and only a few of it’s members come out, most likely being Enzo Esposito and Trinity Bales. A couple months later, Nicky escapes the house with the help of Aaron.

The house is big, having multiple rooms, including a kitchen, a living room, a main basement room, multiple bathrooms, and three floors and a roof. The size and features of the house are heavily exaggerated, caused by the Rescue Squad’s perception of it.
